Web App for Analyzing Reports got in csv format

I am looking for someone to create a webapp (hosted on AWS) whose purpose would be to allow the user to upload a report got in a tab delimited csv file and run data analysis on it. Functions: 1) Convert the csv file into a data table on which multiple formula can be run 2) Provide the user options basic data analysis on the csv file uploaded 3) Provide user options to run pre set formulas to understand the data in the csv file 4) Allow user to input values and run formula based on those values and their comparison with the values in the csv file Basically to convert a csv file into a database table and run queries on it. The data should get auto deleted once session is over. Each data file belongs to each session Multiple sessions can run simultaneously and should not interfere with each other and get auto deleted at end of the session
