Require a simple web based chat application similar in design to WhatsApp. Application would have the following configurability: 1) Display popup when certain words are used warning user "A" with a warning message. 2) Provide a time delay feature if user "A" continues to violate warnings (1st warning 10 seconds, 2nd warning 30 seconds and 3rd warning 10 minutes) 3) Display popup to other user "B" that user "A" is committing certain violations. Configurables: Admin must be able to specify target words which would trigger popups and specify the message the popup would contain. Admin should be able to adjust the time delay feature Thanks!
