Website - Directory listings for exchanges of houses, apartments ...

Hello, We are a company from Quebec, a province of Canada that speaks French. We want to create a website, directory listings type, with advertisements for the exchange of houses, apartments, chalets, etc. We need a website with a 3-field search engine, of which 2 nested fields (the second dependent on the first). The site will be in French, and of course fully responsive. We want it to be compatible with the latest version of PHP and CMS. No geolocation needed. We need someone to do the architecture of the site and integrate the search engine into the template (including personalization of search fields in French). We have the skills to add or modify the content, the day-to-day management of the site and the uploading. General site architecture MAIN ELEMENTS - Header / Slider / Search engine / List of ads / Pages of ads / Articles HEADER - Company logo and name - Menu: Accueil (home), Forfaits (packages), Articles, Contact (and more) - Social icons: facebook, Instagram SLIDER Slider either full width or page width as desired. Search engine We want it to be located either in the lower part of the silder or just below. It includes 3 search fields, the first two being nested (depend range). However, we want the search engine to be able to include 4 fields if necessary, with multiple nesting possible. - First search field: Choice of region, with drop-down menu. The text to display in the field at the start of the search must be in French: Toutes les régions. - Second search field: Choice of city or district, with drop-down menu. This second field is linked to the first and depends on it. It is a subcategory of the first, but presented in a separate window. The text to display in the field at the start of the search must be in French: Tous - Third search field: This is a search option indicating the number of bedrooms desired, with a drop-down menu. The text to display in the field at the start of the search must be in French: Tous LIST OF ADVERTISEMENTS (list of advertisements displayed under the search engine) Once the search has started, we want the list of ads that match to appear below the search engine, at the same time as the slider disappears to give more visibility to the ads (list). We want the ads to be displayed in "List view" mode with optionally "Grid view" option. Each ad contains an image on the left and text on the right. The text will indicate in particular: Name of the region, City, Number of rooms, Particularities, Button towards the complete page of presentation. Details will be given later. ADS PAGES Each ad will have its page to present detailed information and photos of the house, chalet, apartment, etc. We would like the images to be presented in a slider with one large image and the others in small format below. The layout and content of the text will be specified later. IMPORTANT ELEMENT We will manage the site ourselves, that means, advertisers do not put their ad online directly.
