I already have a website and want to add some features to it. I want people to make an account on the website and then one type of account that is verified by me can start a meeting with the participant. I want to integrate software where during the meeting there is only audio, no video, and one person can either display their screen or a whiteboard and be able to edit on the screen using a pen tool or text. The participant should be able to view, listen, and write on the screen using similar tools. There should also be a record feature.
