WooCommerce Plugin Development

We're looking for an experienced freelancer to build a WooCommerce plugin that pushes order data to another self-hosted platform we have (that has its own API). We can discuss this post-selection of the freelancer. We need to Push New Order Data: 1. Name of Customer 2. Products ordered - Name of Product, Price 3. Any other important Woocommerce Order Related Tags. 4. Ability to Segment customers based on order value, dates of order, size of order. 5. Identify cart abandonment, sale, non-sale Important Note - 1. We're developing this as a product, so we should be able to generate Licenses so we can resale it further. 2. There will be a free version and premium version, so the plugin should have a feature lock/unlock system. The non-disclosure & non-compete agreement has to be signed by the freelancer. We may continue with freelancer for further support. Please give us reasonable pricing and timeline, as we're at prospecting budget phase for this project.
