Wordpress - Custom Post Type to PDF

Vortex Posting: I have a Wordpress website ([login to view URL]), and I need some custom functionality done. I do not necessarily need a new plugin – feel free to use existing plugins. I will need, however, extensive documentation about any customization made, for future reference. I have a custom post type (“Transaction”), and am using CustomPress by WPMUDEV. ([login to view URL]) The post type also has some custom fields, mainly text boxes, and some pdf file attachments. In addition, I also have two custom user types (“Managers” and “Agents”). Functionality: 1. The “Transactions” are not appearing in the front end. When viewing the custom post type, it just leads to a blank page. I need for the Transactions (custom post type), to be displayed, along with the pdf attachments. 2. I would like a special “Export” button, that is only displayed in the backed, and is only shown to the “Manager” (custom user type). It should have the following functionality: a. Create a PDF of the custom post type. It should only show some of the custom fields. b. PDF should have a custom design (ie, header & footer, and some custom text/images at the bottom). c. I would like to be able to send the generated PDF to an email address of my choice, directly from the WordPress dashboard. Basically, here is the process: Custom post type created by Agent can be viewed from the front-end -> Manager can click “Export” button, and create a special PDF -> “Manager” can pick email address, and email the PDF to the address.
