- A "Drop Us a message" will be there on bottom right. - During business hours it will be fields to fill out through end user. - After business hours there will be a message before fields to inform and entertain queries of users. - User will get confirmation message after submission. - Admin will get a mail and SMS for every submission. > Please share your URL and plugin detail so that i can check whether it can be use to implement require feature or not.
