THIS JOB WILL HAVE A DEADLINE OF 7 DAYS, IF IT IS NOT DONE THEN OR IF THERE IS ANY LACK OF COMMUNICATION, THE JOB WILL BE CLOSED AND ANOTHER FREELANCER CHOSEN A DAILY UPDATE AND THE LATEST RELEASE SHOULD BE SENT EACH DAY OR AS SOON AS THERE IS A RELEASE AVAILABLE. I have sample application which can be used as a base start for you to help keep the cost low and speed up the work. I have this in assembly language also which might be advantage. -sample app features already include, + title area location and finding numbers with this location. + writing to database +if number area moves onscreen application will follow Hi, I would like an application to read a list of numbers and store them into a database I will send a few video files which the app should work with. The app should work by finding the location of the numbers/ list of numbers by first finding the title area these will first be selected using the mouse to select - title area - number area -If the area moves, the area will be re located -I would also like the app to be able to capture as fast as or faster than 10 milliseconds between updates -tesseract number training should also be a feature of the app. Source code and sample applications which do this are available on the internet -behind the numbers there are patterns, there should be a utility in the app to train the application for the patterns to read and separate the number from patterns. Basically I would like the software to adapt to different number list layouts, different patterns behind the numbers, different number fonts, different screen resoloutions. -Alerts if anything changes would be a good thing also, pattern behind number number font, title etc -For instance, if there is to start 7 numbers in the list, if this changes to 8 numbers. An alert for that would be really good -So the method of appending any new numbers to the database should be that if a screen update 'misses a number' then that missed number and the number after should both be appended. -It would be good if there was a setting to set the maximum number of missed numbers to allow before notification/ alert -If the list is completely different to the last captured list of numbers, should be alerting the user. I have the sample application built in QT and tesseract if this can be used or disassembled then this would be an advantage for you
