At the moment in Spain, before that in Brazil..etc. I have also been to Portugal and I can imagine why your brother has fallen in love. Hey, there! I'm not from Portugal, I'm actually from Brazil, which is why I think your brother might have a great time exchanging mails with me. Just like American English is different from British, so are Brazilian and European Portuguese.
