Code an application for division of work assignments

Hello, I need an application to distribute the tasks fairly between my colleagues. I kinda thought about the basic mechanism but I am unfamiliar with coding, so I don't really need to use a specific coding language. I just want it to be simple so someone besides me can just fire it up, fill the inputs and get the output report. There are 4 tasks for 6 days in a week. All the tasks start at the same time at the moment. Basically if M,T,W...S are the days and A,B,C,D are the tasks; AM, BM, CM, DM for Monday, AT, BT, CT, DT for Tuesday and so on... Every task basically have three criteria which my colleagues will decide their preferences on: 1) The day of the task (ie some may want to do all in one day) 2) The time (ie some might want to do the task B everyday for example) 3) The length of the task in minutes (basically the shorter the better for everyone) Some tasks may need more than one person, it can be input manually or we can just use a simple formula if needed. I need an output fair for everyone. For example, if person 1 gets his first preference of doing every task in one day and still there are more tasks to assign, he shouldn't get all in the second day. I think every person can list their preferences in order so a fair assignment can be done. We can include different levels of seniority etc., or randomize if two of them are exactly equal and cancel the winner from the next randomization. I may have made it a little bit more complex than it already is, but I am open to new ideas for this process too. Thank you.
