I am an academic researcher and I need a Stata code that matches two dataset (W and S). W has 250 subjects, S has 1000 subjects. Each subject in W completes four tasks for which we record the subject's performance: for each task, each subject is matched with another subject chosen at random and their performance are compared. The best performer is labelled A, the worse B. The payment for pair A-B in each task in dataset W is decided by one subject (drawn randomly) belonging to dataset S. Finally, only one task is chose at random to pay each subject in W.
