Web scrapping - Betting Odds

Hi all, This may be a simple project and it may grow/ lead to further work if I can't develop it further myself afterwards. The background is, I do a lot of sports betting for additional money but I would like a programme written which scrapes and compares odds across different bookmakers. I want to do this so that I can save time finding the best value and maybe some arbitrage bets. I was thinking in R or something that can interface with excel but i'm open to what it is written in. As long as I can run it on my computer hahah. There's a few steps to the project I would like done: 1. I would like someone to write a programme that compares odds found in [login to view URL] to [login to view URL], [login to view URL], [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] and visually shows these. This programme should run/ update fairly frequently (maybe every minute or so) This should be pretty simple as TAB NZ offers very limited markets. I would like the programme to send me one email if a calculated condition is met. I would also like the programme to compare what the 'line values' are. For example on TAB NZ for a basketball game it could be +/- 5 or under/ over 209 but on one of the other sites, the displayed line or total could be +/-8 or under/over 211. So I want to be able to compare these to create 'middling' opportunities. Sorry for the brain dump, I'm happy to discuss further with the right candidate who can do this for me.
