Dear Sir/Madam I read your requirement with interest. I would like to learn more about your requirement if you think my application appropriate. I am a professional writer/copy editor/proofreader, with a strong technical background, who has worked in this field for the past four to five years. As a Chartered IT Professional, with over ten years experience in the IT sector, I decided to put my experience to use in the writing industry and have undertaken many interesting projects. A lot of my work has involved technical material, varied website content, product descriptions, corporate brochures and all manner of corporate literature. Examples of the types of work I have recently undertaken are: - Website content for a client who delivers outsourced IT services. - Website content and product descriptions for a German company who develop products and systems for the Maritime Industry. - Technical/scientific articles for authors prior to publication in review journals. - Award nominations and other documents for a member of the US military services which resulted in the candidates successfully obtaining their awards. Without having details of your project, such as word count, level of editing, etc, it is difficult to bid accurately. This site will not allow me to place a bid under $250.00, so I have taken the middle ground of your budget. This is, of course, adjustable pending furter information. Although I joined this site earlier in the year, I have not yet undertaken any projects via this channel due to commitments from other sources within and beyond the UK. This site seems to offer some very interesting projects and I would welcome the opportunity to work in this market. I was particularly attracted to your project because I notice from your profile that you are a newsfeed channel and regularly post projects that sound interesting.
