I am not entirely familiar, nor totally understanding of writing a Python program that writes data to an XML file. Both the png doc and the algorithm and Source code_ [login to view URL] is my beginning attempt. The objective is write an algorithm, source code, with sample run that is the result of using a while loop that gets all the information on a subject, such as questions and answers on a teacher evaluation. All the project elements are expressed in project1.pdf. I would like it if the freelancer can help me to understand the project all the way to getting the extra credit for 1 point (10%). This is a freshman computer programming project. It would be helpful if the freelancer can understand English, write or speak English. I have limited budget but anticipate several assignments or projects where I need help. For the extra credit points I will go about $10 to $15 over maximum for a micro project.

Hi there, This is a fairly easy project. But it can show the interaction of the program with the console by receiving input from it. Also will test the knowledge you have of XML although it's a pretty simple XML. The main thing about this is that you have to make the skeleton of an XML that can grow depending on the input using only a while loop. I can help you with this and explain to you the analysis behind the coding. Even though I'll give you a functioning code it would be better if you later would rewrite the code yourself in order to better learn the language.
