build and develop and a machine larning algorith for predicting football results

The project will be to build and develop algorithms for predicting football results across different leagues in the world. You will be required to read and use different research papers on the subject. Previous experience in the sports betting and football prediction or game theory will be required. The project will need to be completed before the beginning of the end of August 2020.
