decision tree coding and reporting

We have 3 sets of indicators coming from sensors aggregated on daily level and hourly level in excel sheets (3 daily sheets + 3 hourly sheets + database sheet with total 7 excel sheets) We need to do simple data cleaning then feature engineering and feature importance calculation then binning each indicator into 3 or 4 categories maximum to be able to visualize them, then use decision tree s to visualize the target indicator break down against the all other indicators then using ggplot or python bokeh we need to visualize an interactive decision tree that is reshaped based on the indicator and the period selected and sensor zone (there is column for places and long/lat of sensors) and with feature importance matrix we can plot the most 2 or 3 indicators that are impacting us on the map of ggplot and finally export it to R-mark down report code to be shared and explained in details line by line binned data will be used for graphing of decision tree while original data will be used to train random forest model predictions and graphing Data shared is confidential and ownership of the code will be automatically transmitted to the demander upon payment and data must be deleted with the termination of the project 7 versions of the code shall be delivered 1- Executable version cyphered and license generated based on laptop mac address renewable each 3 months 2- Executable version not cyphered and not licensed 3- Code document with details explanation of each line code 4- .py files that can run the script with explanation of code 5- Code for each section highlighted in yellow shall be saved in separate *.py file and saved with the name of the section included in the document 6- Work pipeline code and code flow shall be written for learning purposes price ,time and details of the program are negotiable and can be changed to match your skills and minimize effort
