Good Day,
I am expert in Python, Django, Docker and Kubernetes. I can build django components loadbalancer, frontend and db as separate docker containers, and can also deploy these in kubernetes using .yaml files. My suggestion is to go with Linux instead of windows server as Linux is more robust, efficient and less costly to deploy in production. In kubernetes you may scale the pods as per traffic.
Let's discuss in chat about best way to implement this.
