I have a medical image data set which was recorded with an endoscope. The video is recorded from the inner side of the object. I want to 3D reconstruct the object using 2D images with Structure-from-Motion. I have implemented all the steps of SFM, but somewhere it is going wrong and I am not able to identify the problem.
I am looking for a computer vision expert who can help me solve the problem.
