need a Python programmer good at socket programming

This is a steganography task, I have code of encoding and decoding the text from the image. But need the socket programming to add into it. The sender should ask the image to and text to be encoded and receiver should decode the message and print it. It is very very urgent. Please need to complete within 3 hours. I will be paying 500 for this task. as I have already written working code for encoding and decoding your task would be making sender and receiver functionality to my program.
