We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join the Emerge team to design and develop real time AR/MR product software, define and deliver new features for our SDK and prototype advanced user experience concepts. You will also research and develop new techniques and solutions to build the most compelling experiences and experiment with new immersive computing platforms. You will work closely with the CTO, Head of Software Engineering, expert scientists, hardware engineers and other software engineers to create the consumer platform that will allow for the next level of presence within immersive computing. You must be passionate about disruptive technologies, breaking boundaries, making science fiction real, and willing to be part of the next breakthrough in human communication. Responsibilities include ● Design and develop optimized AR/MR real time, multi-user and cross-platform user experiences ● Develop new features for the Emerge’s SDK, and support its documentation and maintenance ● Develop internal and external tools to support the creation of new experiences ● Research, develop and test new methods and concepts to dramatically elevate the experience ● Research sensor fusion and other tracking technologies and their integration into Emerge products ● Test and experiment with new immersive computing platforms ● Regularly collaborate, communicate and test your ideas and solutions within the Emerge team ● Support the Emerge’s consumer ecosystem partners to integrate and illustrate SDK functionality
