Good day. I head a boutique architectural design/develop company and I am also a co founding director of a regional design developing firm. I have a masters degree in Real Estate development and as such I am the partner in charge of real estate for our clients. Some of the work I have had the opportunity to collaborate on in this capacity includes preliminary site selection, return on investment, market studies (of both the competition and of potential end users). Some of the clients we have worked for are Agrisal (the regional developer for Holiday Inn Hotels in Central America,.. specifically for three 100 hundred room hotels in the area); Grupo Bolívar (regional high rise, upper class apartment building developers,... specifically for a strip mall, and a mixed use residential, office and commercial development. On our own end, we have design and developed a Residential apartment tower and a multifamily horizontal residential development as well.
