I would like to hire a Web Developer

I am a Realtor and am looking to have a website developed that is user friendly and simple. I am not looking for generic though where it appears like a landing page and I do not want people to have to log-in in order to use my website. I want it to be a free resource. I want my branding and my brokerage branding on it. I will be able to send you my photo that I would like to be right on the opening page as well as my contact info, I will attach to the link below the photos I wold like used or general look that I am going for. On every link that someone can click on I would like my photo and contact info to be up on the top like a banner as it appears on my front page. I AM MOVING REAL E STATE COMPANIES, I WILL NOT BE WORKING AT COLDWELL, I will be at HOMESMART, please note! 1.) I want to have a link for people to access searches on the MLS. "Search the MLS" I want people to be able to categorize a home search based on: City: Zip Code: Bedroom Count: Min - Max Bathroom Count: Min - Max Square footage: Min - Max Guest House: Yes or No Garage Count: Min- Max RV Gate: Yes or No Lot Square Footage: Min - Max Private Pool: Yes or No HOA: Yes or No Gated Community: Yes or No Golf Course Lot: Yes or No This information would get pulled from the MLS search, I just would like people to have access to search through homes while being able to dictate these wants. 2.) I would like to have links to several different specific communities where I can place information in in regards to that community. I would also like a map available to run the MLS search within the community that they clicked on. (The MLS can separate these items and has this resource available) I would also like to be able to upload the floor plans that are located within the community (I have the floor plans in hard copies). Each floor plan has a model number and a floor plan name, I am wanting the consumer to be able to use a search bar to search through the floor plans via name, model number, open floor plans, three bedroom floor plans, etc. (I have these already sorted out) Commuinities - Sun City West - Corte Bella - Sun City Grand - Sun City - Central Corridor - North Central Corridor 3.) I would like to able to upload my personal listings on my website. 4.) Lastly I will need an RSVP function for events.
