We need someone who has experience of recruitment, including candidate selection, testing and interviewing. This job is suitable for someone working from home. Please note, this is a temporary role.
We will give you the specifications of the people we seek. A variety of roles in finance-related organisations, including real estate. The roles are primarily administrative assistants, telemarketers, internet marketers, financial analysts, content writers and software developers. Generally, we tend to hire for long-term positions, and this requirement should be stated in the ads. You will do the job postings on online portals e.g. [login to view URL], freelancer.com, raket.ph. We will give you recruitment rights to the different company accounts on each website. In addition, you will be required to search candidate profiles and invite freelancers to apply; receive and check applications; narrow down candidate lists for interviews; conduct first round interviews; and administer tests and assess results (as appropriate to the job). We are looking for responsible employees for a Long-Term period of work.
If an employee leaves within 30 days this will consider as a reason for us to open a dispute.
