Hi, I’m after a quote for 3 House design from sketches and design details provided. Proposed design is 3 bed mid century pavilion type design home. Contemporary finishes in a tropical setting. I can provide sketch design and dimensions (250m2) house, single storey with 3 bed and en-suite bath rooms. Alfresco dining and open plan living zone. Outdoor area and rimless plunge pool. I have some pics for relevant areas as initial design cues. I’m after a good quality brochure with internal and external design rendering. Seperate fee for addition 3D interactive model. Also options for 2 and one bed version. Identical design less relevant section. Please provide fee proposal and turnaround times in Australian dollars.
