I wish to render the outside of a house in 3D. The house looks out to the ocean on the eastern side. The house is to be made of Concrete, with a corrugated Iron roof. I have taken inspiration for the design from a resort in Hoi An, see photos. The house is not fully resolved dimension wise, and some inference will need to be taken. For example the window and door detail is not resolve, but the overall dimensions are, so I am happy for the modeler to take standard window details for these, though I would like to approve them first. I am after photo realistic render. I want 5 "photo's from different perspectives of the house. I also of course want the model file, in what ever software program it is rendered in. I would like the the house presented on a generic grass and tree studded environment. I do not have the design on autocad, it is drawn on Exel only This project was logged last week, but I think the quotes came in in American dollars rather than NZ dollars
