Hi there This seems like an interesting project, I'm a qualified interior designer but would ensure the exterior is respectful with historic/surrounding buildings in the area. I would assume the exterior needs to be in similar building material? My fee includes creating new floor plans and working out new layout for the second storey along with 3D visualisations of the exterior and general garden area. Depending on how much detail needed we could look at designing the interior of the second storey as well if required? This would obviously be additional cost but is an option.
