Policy & Procedure Manual For Seniors & People With Disability -- Urgent

I need a policy and procedures manual written for my In-home senior care agency that provides care for seniors and people with disability in their homes. This is a U.S based agency in the state of Oregon; policies would have to be based on the Oregon Administrative Rules and here below is the link to the checklist needed to write the policy and procedure which also contains the rules; [login to view URL] I have attached a complete example for your reference. In the attachment, I have a sample checklist and the policy and procedure that was written using the checklist. Please take a look at it to see how they came up with the policy and procedure using the checklist and also it will give you a sample of the format to use in writing the policy and procedure.
