Raport: To research and analyse recruitment and retention

Hello I just want: the Introduction, the literature review and research methodology. Total : 4500 words I want all the references included in text and as well in a reference list at the end please. Harvard referencing style for the entire project. Below you could see a brief description of each section. Introduction – (approx. 1000 words) Introduce the topic and its context. ·        Locate the topic within current academic literature. ·        Draw from non-academic literature sources (e.g. specific company literature, government reports and surveys, newspapers, trade unions, professional organisations, pressure groups and so on) to demonstrate the wider relevance of the topic and/or its currency/importance. ·        Show the contemporary nature of the study. ·        Describe your interest in the topic and explain why you chose to study it. ·        Present the research aim and objectives to be studied as a logical consequence of the argument(s) they have just constructed. ·        Outline the structure, briefly describe all the other chapters of the dissertation. Literature Review - (approx. 2000 words) ·        Ensure the reviewed literature is relevant by using the research objectives or questions as sub-headings. ·        Demonstrate your knowledge and understanding of the authors, academic debates and themes relevant to their topic. ·        Critically analyse key contributions and contributors, identifying their strengths and weaknesses, and acknowledging and presenting the inevitable counter-arguments. ·        Avoid presenting only the positive side of an argument, as a researcher you must acknowledge and evaluate the negative aspects of their chosen topic. ·        Avoid producing a ‘book list’ of authors or articles, don’t present/describe one author/paper after another, where appropriate try to weave together a discussion of the theory/arguments using information from a range of sources. ·        Summarise the chapter, linking to the objectives or research questions and introduce the next chapter. ·        Make sure you note all the necessary bibliographic details when you first read the books, especially page numbers for direct quotations which should be given in the text (see ‘References’ below). ·        Use double quotation marks for short quotations and indent longer quotes/extracts (which may be single-spaced) whilst also using double quotation marks. This is the point at which you finalise your research questions or objectives. Methodology and Methods (approx. 1500 words) ·        Identify and discuss the chosen research paradigm with reference to the research objectives and questions. ·        Justify the research strategy chosen. ·        Ensure the strategy is consistent with your identified research paradigm. ·        Discuss the advantages and disadvantages of the type of research chosen and the data collection methods employed (how do they compare to alternative approaches). ·        Support and substantiate his or her claims throughout with reference to appropriate research methodology literature. ·        Describe in detail the method(s) used to analyse the data. ·        Identify and address ethical issues arising from the research. ·        Discuss your position as researcher and how it has influenced the research process. ·        Summarise the chapter and introduce the next chapter.
