We are a small start up based in Thailand currently looking forward to hire a virtual HRM assistant. Manage recruitment process virtually - manages job posts online - contact and document contact details of candidates - process candidates through online recruitment process and collaborate with employee's team schedule - managing contracts agreement and communicate with candidates Organise & data analyse on team of ~20 people quarterly performance, other team ceremony through online tools The team is based in Thailand.
