Simulation written in Ruby req. less than 30 hrs. / 400 lines of code

Seeking programmer to develop a test for an algorithm related to probability modeling. Probability model explains outcomes related to bet placement for games of chance. Program will simulate the results of bet placement dictated by algorithm and produce those as outputs. Program will gather statistics from simulation and produce those as outputs. Program should be written in Ruby. I have a mock program written in ruby by another programmer I have a sample of the type of output that should be generated I have a detailed instruction set that should be easy to follow for the creation of the new program with all formulas inputted into an excel spreadsheet Mock program was written in less than 25 hours with less than 350 lines of code. Final program is estimated at 30 hours with less than 425 lines of code. No milestones exist for this project. Project paid for finished code once outputs are verified as accurate.
