Phone setter for internet marketing company (North America based)

Hi we sell courses, coaching programs and live masterminds (events) helping baby boomers start online businesses. Our programs range between $397 to $50,000 per year i am looking to build a small team of setters (2-3) people for our phone application funnels. some of the leads would have booked an appointment for free, whereas some others would have attended a webinar and paid a $100 'real person' refundable deposit i am looking for a setter who can then pass over the leads to myself or to a closer to close the deal. commissions will be split 50/50 between the setter and the closer We also get a handful of sales inquires coming through by email, so you'll be expected to deal with those either by closing them by email or by closing them on the phone/skype *** You MUST be familiar with Russell Brunson's "High Ticket Secrets" program or a similar program. If it's a similar program, state its name in your application *** NO COLD CALLING INVOLVED Experience needed: - You must have previously worked in sales/telesales WORKING FROM HOME (if you worked in an office-based sales team before that's a plus, but you MUST have experience doing telesales from home) - You must have worked for / sold internet marketing / business opportunity coaching programs and high ticket events I don't care what education you have / don't have. Languages? English is all that's needed Salary / pay / bonuses and benefits: As we are ramping up the Facebook ads traffic to this funnel at the beginning, there will be handful of leads per week Once the campaign is up to speed, expect 20 or so new leads per week per person So pay-wise 1. Whilst we ramp up the campaign, you can expect a fix $ amount per call or % commission, whichever is greater 2 Once the campaign is fully up to speed (20 new leads or so per week), you can expect a base salary or commission, whichever is greatest Plus there will be sales incentives, and the opportunity to join my company masterminds and staff retreats around the world and free access to our courses for which clients pay up to $50,000 each For the right sales person(s), you'll also be able to travel with us to our live events and help close sales in the room. Hours: You will be working late in the day European hours and US hours, depending where the leads are based.
