JOB SUMMARY: LegendCall Technology Pvt Ltd ([login to view URL] ): We are looking for a competitive and trustworthy State Head-Sales & Marketing to help us build up our business activities. State Head responsibilities include discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals, and maintaining customer satisfaction along with managing team of Territory Sales Head in the given state. This is a leadership role reporting into the MD Sales & Marketing of the company RESPONSIBILITY: * Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs. *Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media. *Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their business requirements. *Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services. *Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections. *Manage the Territory Sales Head team of the given state *Actively participate in hiring new TSHs for the state *Participates and conduct weekly review meeting with team and leadership team *Contribute in deciding Sales & Marketing strategy for his/her own state *Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.
