I need a simple visualforce page built that renders as PDF. Important part is to not lose the styling when it renders as PDF vs. in browser. The page should look like the image attached. It must have a custom controller. You can hard code mock values for various fields. No need to be bootstrapped / responsive. Include basic test class for the controller. Work can be done in a free developer edition org. You can create a user for me in that org. once done. The criteria for success is to have the VF page render as PDF. And the same VF page render as regular version.

[login to view URL] You need to validate what font you are looking for, then we can connect if you confirm that font is available into the documentation. Also, developing the PDF maybe around 8-10 hours works so would cost bit more what you have added in fix bid.
