Ubuntu C coder Perl Coder Network admin

I have currently a email marketing platform developed. I have the source codes and the shell scripts that operate it. I need someone who can either ready the code and scripts and teach me how to run it or they run it for me and teach me as they go. This is a on going full time position or this could be a 1 time go through all the code tell me how it works and make it work for me then I take over from there. I would prefer to have someone who will stay along with me for long term. The person will be well compensated for this job. Everything listed below is a must.
