The site you are looking for cannot be done in 3 days. Reason why? There are too many features that need to be added such as (security vs page/document), graphic design, menu, traffic, etc. So yes. You want it almost free. No problemo. Can be done. But in 7 days. I will create it using COLD FUSION (cfm files). Also a 2nd language has to be added later on as I don't master French.
