German web site

I need someone who can work on a germany website. A Data Recovery (Datenrettung) site. I'm looking to get on "upper page" of googleto br no 1 but on ist page. Need someone who is good and understand german well, has vast experience in SEO and can provide convince as well that the objective will be attained. To date, the web site to work on is free of any SEO and has not been worked on,is competative however is very profitable. I'm looking for a an experienced SEO to help me gain ground locally -Frankfurt and in Germany as a whole. Able to attract visitors to site through the keyword. No black hat, has to be officially accepted method. Not specifying but all avenue best known to you in a clean way. Reward of work done is also negotable. Thanks, Nicole
