Service Manager

• ITIL V3/4 Expert • Proficiency in English • Ability to communicate across the organization • Service Management experience – preferably within Enterprise IT • Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities • Exceptional written and oral communication skills. • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a focus on rapport-building, listening, and questioning skills. • Strong documentation skills. • Ability to conduct research into a wide range of computing issues as required. • Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. • Working knowledge with ITSM tools and • Highly self motivated and directed. • Previous experience in Service Management or a similar field. • Working knowledge of ITSM tools, methods, and concepts of IT Service Mangement compliance. Budget is 550 to 750$ / Month . Work is 10 Hours a day and 6 days a week, 1 day will be off contract will be 3 Months and then it will get renew if performance is good
