Two SharePoint REST methods In Powershell

I need two SharePoint methods in powershell. Each of these should be in a separate function, and an example of the method being invoked. These methods must be in powershell. These methods must NOT use the server side object model, only REST. No Get-SPSite, etc. Only the following snapins can be used by these methods. [login to view URL] SharePointPnPPowerShellOnline #1 I need the following REST endpoint: /_api/[login to view URL] In a function that accepts three parameters, a string array of to addresses, a string array of from addresses, and the a string body. These parameters are used to send a simple email using the parameters as the name implies. Any other stuff, url etc, can be hardcoded. #2 I need the following powershell method converted from using the server side OM to its REST equivalent (no using Get-SPSite, etc.). Parameters should be kept the same.
