Hi, I have been doing Nintex Workflow for the last 4 years. And sharepoint designer since 2008. I have been doing Document Management System workflow since 2008 and the system has been working now and provide to a lot of savings to the company. The initial requirement from your end if you award this project to me is the access from your sharepoint portal. You also have to give me a designer right so I can create the workflow using Nintex and SharePoint Designer combine (just in case if nintex wont allow some rules).
