Live Streaming Educational Help Request - Teaching

I need questions answered about Live streaming. Clients used. Skills of any types of programs like: ustream, Ustream Producer, XSplit Broadcaster, Open Broadcaster, ect. We will pay you for travel and trip expenses. We are looking for a young smart kid still in school that takes a genuine interest in this and just wants some extra cash talking about what he loves. Not formal, just one member of out IT, myself and you. We are located near Grand Central, New York, NY. You are expected to travel here and expected to be not more than 30 minutes from us. Knowledge of: -Streaming methods -Software used -Connecting web cams and digital cameras -Over laying logos and tickers. This project starts with just this educational Q&A with you. It can extend to being hired for our project if you are knowledgeable.
