Add/Invite members to my telegram channel from CSV file

You have a CSV file with which you need to add/invite telegram members to a specific channel ? I can do it within 3 days using Python as you have mentioned. Can you please contact me via chat messenger as I have some questions before I can start coding for this project.

I plan on using the telegram api which could send mass invites to everyone on the CSV file. this could also double as a mass messaging system
