Add / Read events from iCloud Calendar using C#

I can code in C#, but my understanding of using CalDav to Add / Read events in iCloud Calendar is limited and we are stuck. Hence the reason for turning to freelancer. We need a freelancer to write code which has the absolute fundamentals of adding and reading events using CalDav, to an iCloud Calendar, and perhaps a bit of ongoing support with basics questions on how it works. 1.
