automated instagram mentions

just so that we be clear i want a software that do the following for instagram 1- we put the accounts that we want to use in the software " support proxy " 2- we put the link of the instagram picture 3- we put a username for a famous guy or someone we want to target his followers 3- we do mention to the followers of the user we put in the software 5- the software will go to the comment of the instagram link we put in the software then start mention 5 users , then 5 users .. and so one .. so one .. like this way" check this amazing picture @user1 @user23442 @userd255 @user11 @userssz1 6- its better to put a time between each mention to an other , so we mention 5 people then we wait 1 min or 50 seconds .. as we set in the software and then starts mention another people..
