I've made similar trading programs before with many exchanges. Depending on the type of interface you are looking for this should be a quick deliverable. I have automated bots using python with bitstamp, bittrex, binance and other exchanges. Tradingview does not offer API's to individual developers and clients, though we could look further into that. However their are alternatives we can use. For example TA Lib library contains a plethora of indicators and technical trading modules. I haven't tested them all, but the ones I have used, match the same data TV is outputting. Bottom Line Depending on the types of indicators you are using and the type of interface you are expecting, this project could take me anywhere from 3 days to 2 weeks.
