Car nav/infotainment amd dashboard system.

I need to make new car system for gps navigation, radio and stereo, blutooth phone support and digital display for the gauge cluster. Similar to that of the Tesla model S and the Mercedes-Benz system. This means that I want dual displays with only one of them having touch capabilities (the central screen). The requirements are as follows : 1- Fast booting time. 2- Known Navigation software (such as google maps, Garmin, iGo etc) 3- Support for external hand controls (touchpad, joystick, 3d mouse or any similar equipment) 4- Supports OBD-II and signals from the original car dashboard like high beam lights and turn signals etc. OS is not limited to any (windows, android, linux etc.) If able to add more features like AC controls and other car features we can arrange for it later on.
