I am looking for a freelancer to help me with my project. The skill required is C++ Programming. I am happy to pay a fixed priced and my budget is €150 - €250 EUR. I need to convert a batch of .hed (highedit) files to the optional rtf and txt format. I would like to select a folder with input files and export the files to another folder, where the converted files are saved with the same filename but other format (rtf or txt). I have added a zip file including some sample .hed files to be converted. And I have added the sample dll files including all functions needed including documentation and a sample .exe with can save files as converted files.
