Hello I may have the solution you are looking for. First I need some clarification questions answered. How many TS agents you will have answering calls simultaneously on the peak hour traffic? You will have a single location where the agents will be? You will be acquiring the software / hardware needed for the contact center? Does your phone provider gives you SIP trunks? or how you plan to connect the contact center to the network?, once I have this information I may be able to assess a proposal for you.
