PROGRAMMING

I'm looking for someone to help me code some stuff for my trading. It is based on C#. At the way bottom is the red "Waves". At the end of the “Waves” is the red dotted lines, the rest of the waves previous to that are solid red. The solid red lines are constant, meaning that has been formed and will not change its position because the bars from the trading chart above it have been completed. The dotted lines are changing their positions (you cannot see it in the picture, but if it was real life you would see it, I could show it to you if need be). The dotted line will change to a solid red line once the bar above it in the chart completes and a new bar is in the process of forming. I want to add onto this something that will give me a percentage/odds of the dotted red line either sloping upwards or downwards once the bar on the chart above has completed. This will be variable, based on several things. For example, if the trading bar above is a 5 minute bar, the closer the time gets to the bar completing the better the odds are of it closing either up or down depending on if the bar is closing higher or lower. so if we are at minute 4 and 35 seconds and the bar is closing a lot higher than when it opened at minute 0 then the chances are pretty high that with only 25 seconds more to go until the bar completes at minute 5 that the bar will close higher and hence the dotted red line will be sloping upwards. I would like for the calculated percentage to be changing. So it perhaps might give us a 70% chance of closing higher at minute 4, but maybe at minute 4 and 30 seconds the bar (price) has come down and therefore has brought the upwards slope down so it isn't sloped as much as it was before and has now changed the odds of sloping upwards to only 60%. so the percetange may be changing every second depending on the variables and what occurs Ninja script is the c# based programming from ninja trader.
