I need someone to develop a python-based project for Raspberry Pi or Orange Pi and SIM800L GSM module. To scan and log neighbors BTS information using “AT+CENG “ AT command. This info will be used to get decision to turn on and off a relay. And all this will be managed in a small web interface.
