Review of Pi (Python) code

Okay, I have an hour before the party starts and the software of my photobooth software is a little strange. I have made a photobooth-thing on a Raspberry Pi. Worked great the first time, but now I have troubles. The first picture is upside down ;-( And the printing (on a Canon Selphy 1200) is slow, so the application sometimes is too busy and there are no prints coming out... Who can help me out. But please react within an hour, because I have to leave very soon. I will pay 8 Euro's, since it is a very small adjustment hopefully. Thanks!
